PROCRASTINATION: One of my most hated word but still it represents my state of mind!
Deeply Ironical it is! :/
Finally, this post is something motivational for me for the only reason that I am writing it after a huge gap of 60 days! Meanwhile after the 6 unsuccessful incomplete random posts that went into draft, this complete post would give me a sigh of relief with a hefty smile beyond this smiley > :)
In starting of 2013, I made commitment to myself for minimum one post / month which I managed to do even in the exam times by lurking out time from my so called busy schedule.
But now, when I am free (vella) at home, I treat myself as a lazy person waiting for the holidays to be over and then preparing to regret by means of silly excuses for wasting it once it would be started.
Now enough of my self-acclaimed confessions (these confessions make me feel light and positive within the self regulatory system). :P
Its June end and I wasted (utilized) my 20 days holidays in watching movies and sleeping after an insomniac attack (normal disorder) and even applying for internship program.
Finally the day came for which I have been waiting since the start of my Journalism and Mass Comm studies. Even here after delay in applying for internship at different organisations, I finally bagged my internship at Times Of India after calling and mailing my resume to as much organisations!
TOI is one of the biggest and the oldest Newspaper running in the veins of the country carrying 175 years of rich history and news around the world and also ranks high with the maximum circulation in the country.
These things hardly matters to me, what matters is the learning and exploring points which I would be receiving through this internship. I really want to see myself working well in the field of journalism and print media .
Internship is just the beginners' level for me and there is still a long way to go and learn beyond.So now I would be sharing my internship experiences here! The work I would do, the people I would meet and the things I would learn and explore, you would be part of each bit of my journey...
P.S: As I told earlier, I am terrible at giving a title to these random posts. Hence, with the current state of mind, this procrastinator came with an unusual title."Procrastinated Post" :P
